PROCESSING

• Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
  
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
  
• Orders placed on major Canadian or US holidays will be processed the next business day. 
  
• Orders with Premium/Express Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 10:00 am EST.

• International: 10-15 business days (up to 6 weeks for delivery)
