I can definitely say my skin appeared brighter, less dull looking, and clear.

Due to some products that I use on my skin, I get a lot of flakiness and dryness. This exfoliator has these tiny little particles that help to remove the skin cell dead skin cells very gently. So it actually removed all the flakiness and left my skin, feeling smooth and soft.
